Chicken Cutlet Caesar Salad Pizza

Preheat the oven to 450°F. In a large bowl, mix the ground chicken, eggs, mozzarella, parmesan, and seasonings until well combined. Line a baking surface with parchment paper. Sprinkle a layer of grated parmesan directly onto the parchment. Press the chicken mixture on top and flatten it very thin, about ¼ inch thick. Sprinkle another layer of grated parmesan on top of the chicken mixture. Bake directly on the parchment paper at 450°F for 25 minutes, until browned and set. Allow the crust to cool completely before topping, if desired. Prepare a Caesar salad using chopped romaine, Caesar dressing, black pepper, optional tomatoes, and bacon bits. Cut the chicken crust into slices or squares and top with the Caesar salad. Serve immediately.
